Whether you would like to tour PCC’s campus and stop at the Common Grounds for an iced latte or take in area attractions like Fort Pickens, Pensacola and its surrounding area has something for everyone. The Enrichment Retreat’s free time allows you to fit in all of your favorite activities and even shop for a few souvenirs.
Browse the expanded Campus Store or have a snack at The Palms in the Commons. Access complimentary Wi-Fi in the coffee lounge or chat by the stone hearth as you watch the fire flicker. Experience the Common Grounds Café on the second floor of the Commons, where you can purchase specialty coffees and gourmet desserts like fresh pastries and gourmet cupcakes. This would also be a great place to visit with your students or those from your church/youth group/Christian school attending PCC.
You may also want to partake in many of the recreational opportunities in the Sports Center, such as bowling, ice skating, rock climbing, FlowRider surfing wave, water park, and much more.
Explore the universe from your seat. Fly through God’s handiwork filling the 50-foot dome of PCC’s Planetarium located on top of the MacKenzie building. Through each high-definition presentation, you’ll learn more about the stars and be reminded of God’s awesome power.

Spend your free time leisurely exploring the Naval Aviation Museum or historic Downtown for an enriching experience of food, art, and theater. If you’re up for an adventure, choose an excursion like a hike through the National Seashore.
Whether you’re looking for souvenirs to bring home or you just want to relax and shop, there are plenty of shopping venues you can explore. For a quick trip, you can visit Pensacola’s Cordova Mall or the shops and restaurants downtown. Up for more adventure? Take a drive to Foley Tanger Outlets, a nearby outlet mall in Alabama.
